Correia was our family name when folks came to the US from Madeira in the mid 1800’s. Along the way it changed to Coraor and as far as we know that spelling is only found with members of our family. This website is a simple collection point for some of my interests. You can view them on the main page as the Menu for the “Cafe.”
For a number of years I have had some genealogy postings on the Rootsweb freepages but that site was purchased by Ancestry and, while they are still available for viewing, I can no longer access or modify them. My antique radio pages were on my previous internet provider’s site that has now become insecure for web posting. I have never been a serious photographer but have created some images over the years that I do like. These interests and a more recent foray into creating travel blogs and videos led me to create klondike98.com to collect and manage the content. Who knows, perhaps some other interest will also show up on these pages in the future.
Hopefully some of the content will be of interest or use to others and if so please leave a comment. In fact, leave a comment in any event.
Pull up a chair, a cup of coffee or a brew and enjoy.
